Alarming CCTV footage shows man throwing puppy over spiked fence

WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT A man who callously abandoned his months-old puppy by hurling it over the fence of an animal shelter where it became impaled and bled to death, is being hunted by police in Spain. In the horrifying CCTV footage, the man can be seen driving up to the shelter and grabbing the Fox Terrier Cross by the scruff of the neck and throwing it over the fence.The puppy was found dead by rescue staff and had bled to death from its injuries.
