Thanks to YOTAoLDgAMEfOREST for finding the bulk of this strategy.  This is probably basically how the level was intended to be solved (note that it NEVER requires red block placement more than 1/2 block space into any wall).  The video is mildly tool-assisted (recorded at half speed with semi-frequent savestates) to save time, but it still takes forever, haha.

I'm a little embarrassed that there are a few costly screwups in spite of it being tool-assisted, but oh well, I just wanted to show how it's done.
