Original super bright LED panel build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ROOPDE9dMw

I have a super bright LED panel, and it's just too bright to use most of the time. So I modified it with a cheapo voltage regulator that operates at 13khz, so you don't get any banding in video with it, and the power conversion is really good so you still get full brightness with it installed.
