Gofannon is a one man band of acoustic folk, pagan folk, from the countryside around Toulouse, south west of France. With the mixing of traditional instrumentation and experimentation, Gofannon tries to get close of sounds atmospheres such as trance, shamanic and spiritual vibe... Topics are often linked to nature, based on long wait under the trees and walks in the forest.

Lyrics:

The old carp
Swims alone around the tree
Wise and quite
It spills the power of the sea
But in the night
It will leave its home town
All the carps
Will take the sea away

Know my friend
The carp is more than a fish
Ask one desire
And it can grant your wish
Look at its fife
And you'll know the truth is
Not in the life
But only in your dreams
