The Philadelphia Police Department's Central Detectives Division is looking to identify a suspect for a fraud in Washington Square.

On February 1, 2014, the complainant, a ninety-two year-old female, was entering Citizen's Bank located at 11th & Market Streets when she was approached by a black male who identified himself as a minister. The suspect told her that if she lent him eighteen hundred dollars he would immediately pay her back along with an additional eight hundred dollars. The complainant agreed, withdrawing the money from the bank, and gave the male a total of twenty-two hundred dollars. After taking the complainant's money the suspect then fled the area in an unknown vehicle accompanied by an unknown female.

Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, 50-60 years-of-age, 5'4″-5'6″, wearing a tan coat, plaid hat, and walks with a limp.
Suspect #2: Black female, 50-60 years-of-age, dark complected, with bad teeth.
