Ana Benitez was raised in Colombia, with music and dancing always a part of her life. As an adult in Los Angeles, she realized her love of dance helped her to help others, not just with fitness and health, but also with confidence and self-esteem. Her dance journey led her to the Zumba phenomenon, where for the last seven years she has developed and cultivated one of the most in demand Zumba workouts around, one with rhythms and movement inspired by her home country.
