A new issue multiple people have been having issues with, yet I haven't seen 1 solution to the problem. I've tried changing every sound device frequencies, tried 3 different versions of H. capture, (133, 32069, 32048), clean driver wipe and installation, tried reinstalling my audio card drivers, tried a different audio card, tried disabling hardware acceleration, tried a different usb port, different usb cable, tested the power supply. The thing is this is just a recently occurring problem, i'm thinking maybe updating the catalyst control center 14.4 might have something to do with this since that's the only thing I messed with when this started happening. I've also noticed on the forum this seems to be a newish problem that a lot of people are having problems with, but no solutions stated. Here's an example of what's going on. ***Fixed, set EVERYTHING to 48khz, every single audio output on the main computer and the recording PC. HDMI, analog stereo output, stereo mix, wave, etc. Also if you have a Asus Xonar audio card, be sure to start up the xonar software and set the freq again. Sometimes xonar and windows will fight for the correct sample rate setting. Also make sure your CPU usage on the PC that the PVR is connected to isn't using all of it's resources, try to keep it below 90% CPU usage.
