Another song I did with the band No Sweat around South Wales in the mid Eighties. Researching photos for the song, it became quickly apparent that white weddings crossed boundaries of religion, race, statehood, culture and gender. And there was something strangely reassuring about this. Like it was something the entire population of the globe could agree upon and unite around - the start of a committed relationship for everyone begins in white and blessings for future happiness are never begrudged. Makes you fee there is still hope for the world...
