Aquest grup de reusenques que fan ganxet i alguna cosa més han explicat que reuneixen cada dimecres en un bar de Reus, el Pòrtia, allí cadascuna treballa en el seu projecte i van sorgint idees per fer accions al carrer. No fan res nou, gent que fa ganxet n'hi ha per tot el món. És un moviment que es va iniciar cap el 2004 a Estats Units, el que canvia és l'entorn i les coses que es teixeixen. 
Al 2012 van fer una guerrilla a la Plaça Prim amb molt de ressò, això va fer que tinguessin propostes molt variades per ensenyar el què saben fer, de les quals destaquen el cartell de la Festa Major de Misericòrdia 2012.
Al TEDxReus les Ganxetes ens han convidat  fer un taller de teixir amb els dits, una proposta divertida que ha estat tot un repte per als que no eren massa destres.

This group of "Reusenques" making crochet and something more, explains us how they started the movement: having a meeting every Thursday in "El Portia", a well-known canteen in Reus, where each of them works in a different project and share ideas for street actions. They have not invented anything, there are people who make crochet around the world. It is a movement that began in 2004 in the United States, what changes is the place and the things that are knitted.
In 2012 they did a guerrilla action in the main square of Reus having a lot of echo. They received a big variety of proposals to show what they can do, including the poster of the greatest festivities of Reus "Festa de Misericordia".
In the TEDxReus, they have invited us to make a crochet knitting workshop with fingers, a proposal that has been a fun challenge for those who were not too skilled.
