Baldwin 26, the recently restored (at the time of the video) switcher at Steamtown NHS (in Scranton, Pennsylvania), leads the short yard hop train under the walkway by the mall.  

Interesting green paint on the locomotive, especially when combined with the bright orange water cooler that the crew has on the top of the tender.
