The De-Objectifier is part playful exploration of a future obsessed with systems of recursive bio-feedback, and part awkward party game. Here participants are asked to wear a heart monitor while they strive to be as objective as possible. As the participants heart rate increases the clothing of models in the artwork becomes transparent. This is part of a larger installation created by Boyd Branch called Neuro. If you're interested in seeing the De-Objectifier live, make sure you make your way to the Emerge showcase hosted on by ASU, located at its Tempe campus on March 2nd.
