The new farm is coming a long in leaps and bound in Clunes just behind Byron Bay in the northern New South Wales Hinterland.
The Microgreens are performing well still in the late winter months inside the new greenhouse.
They do come outside in the day, before being put away at night.  The trays that are germinating stay inside the greenhouse.
