Here, I bring you the HIGHLIGHTS of the Kpop Dance Party from FanimeCon2016! I tried to condense the whole 51 minute clip and pick the best dances from the bunch, BUT YET IT'S STILL A LONG VIDEO! No forms of smoking, drinking, or drugs took place at the event. We are simply K-pop fans getting together to dance to a large set of our favorite K-pop songs and following it's own set choreography. Viewer Discretion is advised. My experiences: Attending the K-pop Dance Party was a phenomenal experience for me. It's been a while since I've had this much fun dancing to so many K-pop songs and dancing with so many talented people! I made so many new friends, learned dances that I didn't even know exist, and most of all, LOSE SO MUCH WEIGHT!!! The room's A/C was not working (or it didn't seem to be working), so everyone easily sweat and the room immediately filled up with the scent of determination and hard work. Around the 13:33 mark, I accidentally bumped into the girl in front of me and pulled my left calf muscle. My leg was then locked in place and I couldn't move it, but I still kept dancing ^^ I wasn't gonna let an injury stop me from doing what I love. I made so many new friends that day (shoutouts to Caelin, Deniz, Jason, Angela, Miho, & Medina) and I'm especially thankful that Caelin hosted this event at Fanime in the first place! Being surrounded by people with the same interests really goes a long way. Making dance covers by myself, while is fun, it gets really lonely. I'm doing all of the work and I'm dancing by myself; however, in this dance party, I was shown that I'm not the only one who loves to dance to K-pop! There are so many talented people in the Bay Area who love the same thing I do! And I'm so thankful that I got to meet them all/most of them! Thank you so much for everything guys!
