Former  footballer  Shyam Thapa will be bestowed  with the Life Time Achievment  award in this years FPA awards in the city on September 27. Former India captain Baichung  Bhutia was in the city on Tuesday to announce the shortlisted candidates for the forthcoming FPA awards 2015 .
