Hillingdon Duathlon 2014 (bike leg)

This is my bike leg from today's (9th Nov) Hillingdon duathlon. I completed the bike leg in 24'06 despite having my chain come off at the start!! My total time for the duathlon was 44 minutes dead. We started with a 2 mile run, followed by a 10 mile cycle and a 1 mile run.
