The Wicked Witch strikes twice at the 2009 Chesterton Wizard of Oz Festival.

First, the festival attendees are frightened by her cackle, which comes from seemingly nowhere.  This actually had a much bigger effect when she did it on Saturday when there were more attendees.

Second, the Witch harasses an innocent jogger in Porter before the Breakfast with the Munchkins
