This was a documentary I developed and directed in the 3rd year of university. We started the idea development at the end of 2nd year, and I knew I wanted to do something about martial arts. To be honest I never expected to make a documentary, but this was one of the few ideas that I had during my university career that I felt significantly invested in because it brought a new perspective to fighters that were conventionally portrayed as aggressive, uneducated brutes at the time. Things have changed since then and the content in this documentary isn't really big news anymore, but I figure it's never too late to share my one true brainchild of university life with everyone.
