Greg Eldridge of @properties is our host for an in-depth look at Superior 110, a luxury high-rise in Chicago's River North neighborhood. I found Greg to be candid and knowledgeable. The 27-story building is nearing a sell-out, with just over a dozen units remaining of the original 62 (58 after combinations). It's a boutique building that has no more than 4 units to a floor and also features a number of half-floor units. In this final episode we stand outside Superior 110 what many call "the blue building" and talk about the architecture and the neighborhood.
