All my acrylic paints are mixed with a pouring medium in advance contained in squeeze bottles with out any addition of silicon.I begin adding  zig zagging stripes of color and flattening them with a small  spatula on a  10"x 20" canvas .I cover its end with it with a layer of black paint .I have used colors I associate with Halloween.I use a damp cottom cloth as a "swipe tool and drag the paint I have laid it into from one end to the other .I use a bamboo skewer to make marks in the paint ,(I call them streamers.)until I am happy with  colors I have uncovered and my over all pattern . 
THERE IS NO SILICONE in this artwork's paint mix.I use ZERO silicon in the pre mixed colors stored in squeeze bottles with no other cell creating additive is included. Floetrol and Gac 800 (By Golden)are what I use as pouring mediums. My paint mix or  "recipe" is as follows. Add color 90%  acrylic color to 10% "Golden's" Gac 800 .Mix thoroughly (GAC 800  prevents cracking) .Add Floetrol( by "Flood") , until the mixture is double (or more ) mix thoroughly. That's the whole  recipe  .To create shimmering colors, I add also"Golden's" Iridescent pearl medium  to colors.As much as looks right . Every day I learn something new. I never stop experimenting and I am happy to share what I discover with you.#3586- wet
