[00:00:05] This is the Carlton farm, and you can see by the aerial that the driveway is really long. It's secluded but not remote. You know, it's like really close to town. But so much privacy out here. The silence is deafening. I read that one time in a poetry book. But anyway, what you've got is you've got your neighbor cows up there. I know if you can see those or not. And then you've got the driveway that comes in here. I say the property line right here. And there's a garage in there and a barn. But they say it's not super-duper quality, but it's there. You know, certainly something to work on. I would use it for a shed. And then this beautiful house. I believe they said 4100 square feet. [00:00:54] The plantings are absolutely spectacular. These are Khomeini’s. And I have to I mean, are really tall. Here we go. So you can kind of see where the horse. The horses. And now there's horse hair. And then there's the barn there. Stalls in the barn. I believe he said 6 stalls and there's a silo up there. Everything. And just beautiful. All lilies and absolutely beautiful. This is I believe this is Rosa Charon property. Anyway, Rose is here. What we'll do? They've got a couple little puppies and their old puppy dogs. And so you're going to hear some barking. I apologize for that. But enough room certainly to park for 6,8 cars here. Easy. And then you've got parking over here as well.

[00:01:44] All right. Let's walk up to the house. This was front porch. Let me show you the front porch first. This is just the prettiest over this. I'm going to go up on it because it's so pretty. We'll look out because that's what I like to do with my wife. I like to get on the porch, have a glass wine, sit back, relax. And the property line. I'll show you. Goes on the other side of this barn right here on the other side. That barn down in the in the hollow. And then up the hill, you see the difference. The mowed field in the unknown. And the local farmer here keeps it moan. But he's so far behind. We've had such good rain. We've had so much hay. You can see how much hay he's bailing and he's just behind. So that's why that's like that. Anyway, it goes all the way up the property line, all the way up in the back. There's a gate right there. And that's the point in the back. And then it cuts in the back. I'll show you later. Anyway, here's the master bedroom. Brand new heat in their system. New roof on the main part of the house.

[00:05:13] Ok. This is the landing up here. This thing is huge. They've got a day bed here. So if you've got guests, you know, kids come over grandkids or whatever. I can certainly hang out up here. If you run out of bedrooms, which I don't think you're going to doing, is asking a lot of pictures, a lot of bathrooms. There's another bathroom right above the powder room downstairs. And this is a full bath. You've got to walk in shower, which is really nice. That's what I like. I like walk-ins and the hopper and the sink with a big vanity. And then we have another bedroom over here, Springs.

[00:05:58] Let's get fireplace and that's all ceramic tile around there and then one of those old iron covers up so the heat doesn't all come out. Super huge window, by the way. The windows are new. And wants to be like a I give you some kind of an idea how big this room is. It's really large. Got to look at Ken's notes to see what this is.

[00:06:28] Well, it's a full walk in closet. Very nice. Look at Ken's notes and see how big the bedrooms are. All the rooms. And here, another full bath house of many baths. This house's moving condition. I mean, right in fastidious with everything carpets down, they got the plastic on the stairs. It's like my grandmother's house. You can eat off the floors. This is neat. This is kind of an architectural thing. We see every once in a while there's the guy who built this house. He had two daughters. So he just split this huge room. And you've got doors on like a 45. You see that? It's kind of neat, isn't it? So a one bedroom, one bedroom on this side. One bedroom on this side.

[00:07:18] This being used as an office, which is fantastic. Tons and tons of room. It's a pretty good sized room. I'm going to guess it's at least 12, 13 feet wide by at least 16 or 18. Again, look at Ken's notes and you'll see how big the offices.
