Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton announces the State of Minnesota would contribute $398 million dollars to a new Vikings stadium by using electronic pull-tabs as a funding vehicle. The $975 million dollar stadium would include a fixed roof. The Minnesota Vikings would contribute $754 million dollars to the project, and the City of Minneapolis would provide $338 milion.
