Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Rawkins, senior director at Fitch Ratings, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Barton about the rating agency's decision to cut Iceland's sovereign debt rating to junk status.
Icelands Finance Minister Steingrimur Sigfusson said after the ratings cut his government wont default. The Fitch downgrade followed a presidential veto of a depositor bill that had sought to repair investor relations. (Source: Bloomberg)
