It was supposed to storm all day today. It was supposed to be a windy rain. It was supposed to be an absolutely gross day out there for running. But it didn't rain. It wasn't windy. And I had a beautiful sunrise for my run along the sands of Lake Michigan in Chicago. A pleasant surprise.
