The Shaolin Temple in Dengfeng county, Henan Province is the home of Chan Buddhism and Shaolin Kung Fu, a martial art made famous by the films of the Shaw Brothers, Stephen Chow, Benny Chan and many more. The temple attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year and CGTN's Lindy Mtongana is there to meet a group of foreigners who have made the pilgrimage to Dengfeng to experience authentic Shaolin culture and hone their martial arts skills.
