Bebop2 Flyaway due to bad calibration!

Yesterday I was flying at dusk as I usual, then after a few minutes of what it seems like perfect flying, all of a sudden my BB2 lost its bearings and performed the usual backward/full throttle flyaway. Fortunately, my BB2 came back ay its own, after losing LOS. I really thought it was a goner. I always follow my pre-flight checklist, which includes the obligatory magnetometer calibration run. All ended well this time, fortunately! (My setup: Parrot Bebop 2, Sky Controller 2, nVidia K1 Tablet, flight mode enabled).
