Then another one occurs and I manage to kill the Sadist and take his chainsaw. I use it to cut the chain on the gate and we get to Chapter 4- The Patient While investigating the scene of a gruesome mass murder, Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his partners encounter a mysterious and powerful force.
