Wine, spirits and ciders maker, Distell which is one of Africa’s biggest alcohol brewers now has a modern corporate structure. The company re-listed on the JSE this morning as a way to grow its business and to offer more to investors. CNBC Africa’s Rofhiwa Madzena was there and spoke to the group’s Managing Director, Richard Rushton.
