Nixie Clock issues

Building my 1st Nixie Tube clock "BOCTOK-1". Unfortunately I'm having some issue with shift register IC that's controlling last 2 tubes. Internal High Voltage power supply (HV PSU) is somehow affecting it, making it overheat and send junk to the outputs. As long as i power it with external HV PSU it works great...
