My dog was nervous earlier in the room, so I sat quietly in the dark next to my webcam. I watched the webcam and didn't see or hear anything whilst recording. It wasn't until playback that I discovered the anomaly. As you can see I tried to repeat it from all angles to see if I could duplicate the effect. My fingers are clearly noticeable and I can't move my hand as fast. I suffer with spastic paraplegia, so it does have some effect on my motor responses.
