U-haul hitch installed, now the muffler makes noise

Had a hitch installed on my 2011 Subaru Outback at the Arvada, CO U-Haul location. When my car was complete I drove it off and throughout the day noticed that there was a substantial rattling sound coming from somewhere. Upon further investigation it looks like it's coming from my muffler. It shakes and rattles now.
