Fou-Lu, the villain / deuteragonist of Breath of Fire 4 was apparently up for debate to be included into MvC3 and TvC. If any Breath of Fire rep deserves to be in (sans Ryu because they can't have him in for nAMING REASONS DAMN IT) it's him. Just give him a Ryu costume. They're technically the same character. Plus he has Hybrid Forms and Dragon attacks and DAMN MAN COME ON PUT HIM IN.

This is a real remix from the Breath of Fire 4 OST, based on his battle theme. It's weird!
