More rare personal footage from my home collection. In December of 1986. the great Jermaine Stewart (along with his back up singer/dancers Indira Tyler and the late Andre Maclin) performed twice in the Toronto, Canada area. The first show was a nightclub called The Copa. See my other other videos for that footage. The name of this particular club escapes me. It happened only a few nights after The Copa and the crowd was MUCH more alive (as you'll see). These folks were crazed to see their hero in person. I wish I could remember the name of this club but I can't. Jermaine performed the same 4 tracks he did a few nights earlier at the Copa but this footage is much more fun. The crowd got crazy which made Jermaine open up. He always told me how much he loved Toronto because they really embraced him and helped make THE WORD IS OUT a number one song in '84. The songs performed here are DANCE FLOOR and THE WORD IS OUT. You won't see this footage anywhere on the planet other than right here. The tape went from Jermaine's hands to mine.
