When my Dad was here visiting he wanted some biscuits and gravy :) Now that he is back home I figured instead of trying to tell him over the phone or in an email how to make them I would just show him. Now you dont have an excuse Dad! lol I will do that tater-tot casserole too for you :) You will need: Biscuits (6-8) Sausage (1lb) all purpose flour (1/4 cup) milk (2 cups) pepper (you can also add salt) preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the biscuits. Now arrange your biscuits on a cookie sheet and cook until they are golden brown. place sausage in the pot and cook until brown. Dont drain the meat! add 2 cups milk and 1/4 cup of flour. stir in pepper to taste. bring mixture to a simmer. mixture will thicken pretty fast. add to biscuits and enjoy!
