Host Pascal Scoles Jr. D.S.W. professor, Behavioral Health/Human Services at Community College of Philadelphia facilitates a discussion with Samuel Morales and Nidia Flores of Prevention Point Philly. Prevention Point Philadelphia was founded in 1991 as an underground syringe exchange organization, at a time when the AIDS epidemic was sweeping the nation. Over the years, PPP has evolved into a multi-service public health organization serving the most hard-to-reach populations in the toughest neighborhoods of Philadelphia. This program is co-hosted by Derrick "Rick" Ford, community liaison for Department of Behavioral Health, City of Philadelphia, and radio host.
