Recently watched the Practically Tactical video featuring Steve Fisher of Sentinel Concepts, and he explain the actual meaning behind the temple index. I'll admit, i jumped on the parody bandwagon a little bit, but it does actually have a purpose and use in modern training and self-defense. Check out Steve "The Yeti" Fisher of Sentinel Concepts and also make sure to subscribe to the Practically Tactical Podcast!
