Through its state-of-the art program, the CE office offers a wide array of comprehensive courses and life-long learning experiences for general dentists, specialists and allied professionals. The lecture presented by Dr. Eduard P. Allen was part of the 34th Annual USC International Periodontal & Implant Symposium held in Los Angeles in 2009. Dr. Allen is Past-President of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation. He serves on the editorial boards of several scientific journals. Dr. Allen received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Baylor College of Dentistry, the Master Clinician Award from the American Academy of Periodontology and the Best Teacher Award from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Allen is Founder and Director of the Center for Advanced Dental Education in Dallas, Texas, where he teaches surgical technique courses. He has published over 50 articles in the area of esthetic surgery and continues to present numerous lectures and surgical demonstrations worldwide.
