Another major milestone in Ellicott City's recovery from last July's flood came Friday with the reinstatement of parking on Main Street. Parking became available Friday evening on the eastern portion of Main Street between Old Columbia Pike and Maryland Avenue, something to which the merchants have been looking forward for a long time.
