Woman addresses man who raped her 22 years later

A 67-year-old man who was linked to the 22-year-old rape of a young woman in downtown Portland using DNA evidence from a sexual assault kit that had been shelved for two decades was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison. 

The woman, now 47, came to court from out of state to address the man after testifying during his three-day trial in late October.
