'Duty Dating' is a term I've coined in Elite Daily and my videos. It's a way to kick-start your love life by expanding your options and pushing past your comfort zone. Whether you've re-entered the dating market after divorce or been too fearful to 'get back out there again,'' a couple of practice rounds will loosen you up while showing you what you like and want.

Duty Dating is dating for data. You're not looking for "the one" you are looking to see what you like that you may not have noticed before. You are looking to break patterns that have kept you locked in the same repetitive cycles of partners that are not right for you. the point of the exercise: active expansion and clarity.
