At MoneyShow Las Vegas, Mike Turner: How I take a math perspective to the markets, trading and investing. Look at the market, determine when it has changed direction. Whatever trend it's on, it tends to stay on that trend until it changes. Think of the market as a river. Some stocks are swimming upstream, some downstream. You're way better off putting your money in stocks swimming with the current, going downstream. In a bullish environment, I only want to be in fundamentally strong, uptrending stocks moving with the market. In bearish, I want to be in inverse ETFs or short the market.
