US Unemployment Surpasses 10 Percent

The US unemployment rate has jumped to 10.2 percent after the Labor Department reported employers cut 190 thousand jobs in October. While the pace of job losses has declined month to month since January, the number of US job losses last month was higher than economists expected. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
