►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use Metallic Muse as your base color
-With a dotting tool, create a burst in the center of your nail; repeat in between with a slightly larger dotting tool
-With a wet orange stick, pick up a star and place it in the middle of the burst
-Finish with top coat!
