Dog Park At Josephine Gardens is located on Josephine Street just North of Colfax at 16 TH Avenue. 
The park is next to East High School. 
There was a lot of parking when I went there on a weekday.
There is no water fountain. The park uses the Adopt A Jug program but if you want to assure your dog has water you should bring some.
The park is a good size and has a hard sand base.
There are a couple of benches to sit on but there is no shade.
