At the annual AEF Nest Cam "Chatter" Reunion in Pigeon Forge (July 31 - August 4, 2013) the Moderators of the Eagle Nest Cam decided to dress up with celebratory hats and t-shirts, identifying themselves as the AEF Hack Tower Peanut Gallery in honor of the release of the two eaglets from the nest of Independence and Franklin! The eaglets, "Destiny" (named by the chatters) and "Thunderbird" (named by WWII POW Veteran, Worth Miller). It was a fantastic few days of fun and friendship, and the Chatters thank the AEF and its staff for going "above and beyond" (as usual) to ensure that our visit to Pigeon Forge and the American Eagle Foundation was one we will always remember with smiles! Thank you, AEF!!
