Team director Pat McCarty throws a little extra incentive at the Rally Cycling men's team during their training camp in the Santa Monica mountains of California. Some of the best stage racers and climbers in the country hit out on the four-mile climb up Piuma Road: Evan Huffman, Robin Carpenter, Brandon McNulty, and Emerson Oronte. However, the mountain goats of team Rally weren't able to get rid of sprinter Colin Joyce, who'd been climbing with the leaders throughout the team's 10-day long training camp. Joyce will start his 2018 season in Spain, at a series of mountainous stage races.
