This is the most unique and most loved watermelon preparation that I've ever prepared or eaten. This can be served as a summer accompaniment with a number of different things. Great with BBQ items and works well when served on a buffet in a carved watermelon basket. You have to taste this to believe it. Once you do you will make it for the rest of your life.
