The so called "internal justice" within the CULT of Scientology is often an effort to overwhelm and crush a person to get back in line. Committee of Evidences are done to placate the convening authority. It is proven time and time again that Scientology Inc is totally incapable of changing anyone's ethics by the reason the subject falls on his head and is back in ethics frequently, and is now named "an Ethics case."
Another example is the draconian "RPF" Mind control/Thought reform gulag where people are shipped to for YEARS. There is no evidence of one successful graduation from this hellish program but they keep doing it. "religious discipline" it is called.
I call it an atrocity.
