Dutch Prime Minister Jan-Peter Balkenende tells the general assembly of the United Nations that Iran must comply with international demands to provide more transparency about its nuclear program and must make a major effort to rebuild confidence. His address to the UN came on the day that it was revealed that Iran had a second underground nuclear facility that had not been previously disclosed.
