Italian DJ and producer, Kunda aka Marco Sven Minetti debuts on Piston with the superb Persiano EP. Since late 2013, releases on labels like Natura Viva, Innocent Music, ExpMental Records, Antura Records and Hang On Music have garnered much support from top jocks around the world. We're delighted to have Kunda here at Piston and look forward to more in the future.

Persiano gets the EP moving with a solid intro filled with chunky beats and a nice and warm well rounded bass that will have asses shakin no doubt. Intricate percussions weave out a steady flowing rhythm as cool house styled vocals come through. Smooth keys slowly fade in and tease us with their groovy goodness before cutting back into the bassy grooves. A real nice slice of deep house with a sprinkling of tech you will not want to miss.

In Another World intros with an electro tech flavour as cool drum patterns will attest. A punchy kick is soon introduced alongside the plucky bassline that gives off that techy edge. The bassline transforms into a full on groovy mover as more notes are played in. In the background we get some very cool pads and keys bringing a funky twist to the sound. The break unleashes more of those synths and pads and give a much more intensive vibe, after the break a soulful vocal breaks out and is the icing on the cake for the fantastic offering.

The Manner Of The Bulls gives a very cool drum led intro as crackly breaks lead us up to a strong and powerful kick that takes over the sound. A distant bass begins to rise up through the sound and brings a smooth and groovy vibe with a nice bassy aftertaste. Tight drum patterns emerge and become the mainstay of the track with very cool FX work happening all around. Top notch stuff that will turn a few heads for sure.
