This is a wonderful creation of Shri Mat Adya Shankaracharya. Why God Shiva is to be praised, worshiped is described by Acharya in this Stotra. God Shiva is destroyer of our sins. He is creator of this beautiful world. He is protector of this world and also destroyer of it. But he has no attachment to it. Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh are he three rupas through which he controls everything for the benefit of us. Sun, Moon and Fire are his three eyes. There is much more to be understood in this stotra.
